Winston was born with a condition known as brittle bones disorder but Winston decided to stop comparing his life to other people, to stop doubting his own abilities and to stop letting a disability define him as a person. Subsequently, Winston has built a successful tech career with some of the largest corporations in the world – and today his using his public speaking abilities to train organizations on the topics of Resilience, Change Management, Diversity & Inclusion.
